I'm having that same problem today. It's a bummer...
One idea is to delete your blogger cookies and see if that helps.
I find at certains times of the day blogger is generally unworkable particularly 4-8 PM English time I guess it's down to how busy it is.
I have the same Problem for the 3 last day , I try to upload one time: impossible ,un other time OK and again impossible ETC.... i think just wait I suppose they restore soon
Karl, have you tried a different browser? I use Safari and was having trouble and then tried Firefox and it worked on the second try... I miss your posts!
